The Crescent School Constitution was drafted by the Class of 2012 to ensure that all students are aware of and able to enjoy their fundamental rights perpetually.
We, the people, have drafted this document to outline the values, organization and leadership structure of the student community. In addition, this Constitution defines the positions and the selection process for student leaders and enshrines the Declaration of Student Rights as providing the guiding principles for that process.

It is the policy of Crescent School that every person has the right to equal treatment without discrimination. Crescent School respects and values the diversity and similarities within its community. Crescent School fosters a communal environment free from prejudicial behaviour of any kind.

Harassment or bullying of any kind is unacceptable. Crescent School is dedicated to providing an open environment of acceptance and respect. It is impossible to accomplish this if one student or a group of students is creating an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment through harassment or bullying.
In all cases, students can seek the counsel of Crescent Student Services, their Head of School, the Form Teacher or Mentor, a trusted member of faculty, or a student leader.
