You can realize significant tax benefits by donating publicly traded stocks and securities. We would be happy to answer any questions you have about this type of donation.

    Fill out the Securities Donation Form with your broker.

    Please notify us at 416.449.2556 ext. 276 that you are planning to make a donation of stock.

    Your broker should send us the completed Securities Donation Form once the shares are transferred.

Gifts from the United States

If you live in the U.S. and wish to receive an IRS tax receipt for your donation, you can make your gift through Friends of Independent Schools and Better Education (FRISBE).

  • Instructions for U.S. donations

    Friends of Independent Schools and Better Education (FRISBE) is a licensed non-profit organization that channels U.S. donations to independent schools around the world. In return for your donation, FRISBE will issue you an IRS tax receipt. FRISBE ensures that 100% of your donation amount is received by your designated charitable organization.
