1.4 Access to Employee Files

The School maintains a confidential employment file for each employee. The file contains documentation regarding all aspects of an employee’s tenure with the School such as payroll, benefits, job-related correspondence, performance appraisals and compensation documentation. An employee may review their personal employee file at any time. If an employee is interested in reviewing their file, please contact People and Culture to schedule an appointment.

To ensure the School has accurate and up-to-date information, employees are responsible for advising the School of any changes to name, address, telephone number, scholastic achievements, emergency contacts, etc. Please submit any changes to such personal information to People and Culture. Employees are also responsible for providing the school with any information regarding changes to marital status, number of dependents, or beneficiary designations that may be necessary for the administration of their group benefits.
