Adopt, Adapt, and Adept

Visiting Japan is a unique and fascinating experience that offers a mix of ancient traditions and modern technology. From the bustling streets of Tokyo to the serene temples of Kyoto, Japan is a land of contrasts that will leave visitors in awe. We will use public transit for the program and students will learn about the ways in which this functions in Japan.

The most valuable aspect of this program is the opportunity to learn about Japan's culture and society firsthand. Through a mixture of empathic interviews, structured and unstructured cultural exchanges, and guided cycles of experiences and debriefs, we learn about the challenges and opportunities facing Japan today.
