Matching Gifts

If you are affiliated with a company or foundation that matches gifts, please obtain your company’s matching gift form (usually available from Human Resources), complete the form and mail it in with your gift. If you have already made your gift to Crescent this year but would like to have it matched, it’s not too late - simply mail the completed form to the Crescent School Advancement Office, 2365 Bayview Ave., Toronto, ON M2L 1A2.

Planned Gifts
